Southwood Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our team as Medical Records Coordinator.

Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:40pm

Rate $20-$25/hour

The Medical Records Coordinator will manage our Point Click Care system. Yes! This is the 21st century, and all our medical records are digital! Therefore, we need you to:

• Ensure that active and inactive Point Click Care electronic health records accurately reflect the resident’s condition from admission through discharge.
• Ensure compliance of Point Click Care electronic health records.
• Protect Point Click Care electronic health records from breaches of confidentiality, unauthorized use, theft, and damage.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) required
• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Previous medical records or other relevant healthcare experience.
• Point Click Care experience preferred.
