Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who loves helping others but is ready for something different from the traditional nursing home or healthcare environment?

We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), supporting adults with developmental disabilities in residential home settings.
Your CNA experience is valuable here, but CNA certification is not required!
🚨 Compensation & Bonuses
Starting Pay: $18.00/Hour
$500 Sign-On Bonus
- $100 after 30 days
- $200 after 90 days
- $200 after 6 months
Up to $1,000 in Training Bonuses
- $500 upon reaching Relias Level 2 (100 hours)
- $500 upon completing Relias Level 3 (158 hours total)
7% Pay Raise Upon Training Plan Completion!
That's an increase from $18.00 to $19.26 per hour!

New hires who complete the full training plan before their 90-day mark will receive:
- Immediate PTO accrual eligibility
- 16 bonus hours of PTO upfront!
That's up to $1,500 in bonuses, a 7% raise, and the opportunity to start earning paid time off early!

What Does a DSP Do?
Instead of providing care to a large number of patients, DSPs typically work with one or a small number of individuals, building relationships and providing personalized support.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
- Encouraging independence and personal growth.
- Helping individuals participate in community outings, hobbies, and meaningful activities.
- Assisting with medication administration as trained and authorized.
- Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals.
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment.
Who We're Looking For
If you've worked as a CNA, home health aide, caregiver, or in another direct care position, your experience may make you an excellent fit!
