Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Jobless Pro or Ultimate plans. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our subscription services.
Our Free plan does not involve any payments and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date for monthly subscriptions (Pro & Ultimate). Refund requests made after this 7-day window are not eligible for the current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. See our Terms of Service for cancellation details.
How to Request
To request a refund, contact our support team at hello@jobless.dev within the 7-day eligibility window. Include your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Exceptions
This refund policy does not apply to free trials, promotional offers, or services obtained through third-party platforms. No refunds will be granted for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
