We are looking for a commercially minded marketing leader to transform the function into a pipeline growth enablement machine. Supporting sales motions with digital content, generating demand with targeted campaigns, and turning marketing into a measurable growth engine are just some of the challenges on the table. - 5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS, fast-paced or start-up technology business.
- Proven ability to build a KPI-driven marketing function that supports lead generation and sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing websites, digital channels, campaigns, and external agencies.
- Native Estonian speaker with professional proficiency in English.
- Commercial mindset: understands how marketing drives pipeline, revenue, and growth.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination across sales, product, and leadership.
