About this role

We are seeking passionate IT Sales Executives / Account Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are self-motivated, service-minded, target-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver IT solutions for enterprise customers in the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business opportunities within FSI accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in banking, insurance, and financial institutions.
  • Understand customer business challenges, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives to present suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, to deal closing.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including presales, engineering, delivery, and marketing to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, enterprise technologies, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and digital banking solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Junior Level: Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related roles.
  • Senior Level (Account Manager): Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably within FSI, System Integration (SI), Infrastructure, Cloud, Software Solutions, or IT Services.
  • Experience working with banking, insurance, or financial services customers is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Service-minded, proactive, and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, including written and verbal communication.
