Responsibilities:
Build a strong understanding of TransPerfect’s services, including their benefits and competitive advantage
Identify and target prospective customers and organizations to drive sales activities
Establish new client relationships through methods such as cold calling, online research, and trade shows
Collaborate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
Educate clients on TransPerfect’s services, promoting their value and relevance to client needs
Work closely with the Production Management Team to manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer support
Oversee pricing and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures
Stay informed about clients’ industries, business goals, and company culture to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
Take on additional projects or duties as needed to support business objectives
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Prior working experience in a customer facing role would be a plus
Fluent in English
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective time management
Ability to interact with clients in a confident manner
