Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team in Slovenia - someone who's equally comfortable in a client meeting as they are driving a complex delivery forward.

You'll own projects end-to-end, from scoping to handover, keeping things on time, on budget, and aligned with what the customer actually needs. You'll work closely with product owners who handle the requirements side, while you focus on the bigger picture - stakeholder management, technical guidance, and making sure everything lands well.

Strong communication and a natural ability to bring clarity to complex situations will set you apart.

Beyond delivery, you'll also support pre-sales and business development - consulting on bids and helping shape what we take to market.

What you'll do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects - keeping schedules realistic, teams aligned, and customers informed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Define project scope, manage risks, and keep a close eye on the budget.
• Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Hardware, Installation, and Procurement.
• Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and report progress clearly.
• Negotiate change requests and push back on unrealistic deadlines or scope creep.
• Support the pre-sales process with scheduling input based on resource availability.

What you'll bring:

• Solid experience in IT project management, ideally in a tech product or systems integration environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills - you're comfortable managing expectations at all levels.
• A structured, hands-on approach to planning and problem-solving.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with hardware/software solution delivery is a plus.
