Technical Product Owner (m/f/d)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will create and own the product vision and ensure that the product roadmap is fully aligned with the strategic goals of DTAG and its associated companies. You will act as the key bridge between the client and the delivery organization, representing the client’s voice and ensuring the optimal balance between their requirements and the product’s value. Helps Telekom manage state sponsored projects in extending highspeed internet in Germany. The platform is essential in entering project details and following with evaluation, managing entire lifecycle.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, define, and oversee the architecture of enterprise applications and software solutions. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, and design artifacts.
• Define application integration patterns, technology standards, and best practices.
• Support development teams with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and architectural reviews.
• Evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements to performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have strong experience in application architecture, system design, and software development. Project technology overview: Kotlin, Java, Spring, Kafka, CSS Typescript, Javascript, PostgreSQL, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Keyclock)
• Can balance business objectives with technical requirements and constraints.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Have experience with cloud-native applications, APIs, integrations, and microservices architectures.
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in complex enterprise environments.
• Can lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions across multiple teams.
• Have good Analytical thinking
• Have good Problem solving  
• Have good Negotiation skills
• Have good Finance skills
• Speak English - Upper intermediate (B2), German is an advantage

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600€ /brutto.
