Accountabilities
Own and evolve the technical direction including architecture and infrastructure decisions.Lead the engineering roadmap in partnership with the CEO to align with company priorities.Review code regularly and stay hands-on in engineering processes.Drive adoption of AI development strategies within the engineering team.Foster a high-trust and low-ego remote engineering culture.Develop and implement engineering standards for system quality and security.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success to meet enterprise requirements.
Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in fast-paced environments.Hands-on coding experience with the ability to quickly assess technical challenges.A proven track record of delivering security-sensitive infrastructure products.Experience improving team velocity and efficiency in a startup context.Familiarity with AI-assisted development methodologies.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to navigate ambiguity and resource constraints effectively.
