Senior Staff Engineer(Rust/Kotlin)

Job Description :

-Adopt Kotlin or Rust to develop high-performance, stable service components and client-side modules.

-Undertake end-to-end project delivery work, control development progress, resolve technical risks and online faults to ensure on-time and high-quality project launch.

-Provide technical support and technical communication for internal and external partners of the AI ecosystem, sort out technical documents and operation specifications.

-Assist in sorting out technical solutions for customer business scenarios, output technical consultation materials when needed Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors;

-minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. Proficient in at least one of Kotlin or Rust, with practical commercial project development experience;

-Familiar with underlying performance optimization, memory management and concurrent programming logic of the language.

-Solid basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, including basic concepts of large models, AI inference, vector database, or AI application development logic.

English proficiency: able to read and write technical documents smoothly, no oral communication requirement. Strong end-to-end project delivery capability, able to independently push forward projects from demand confirmation to online stable operation.

Must work full-time on-site at the Beijing office throughout the project cycle.
