🔍 Role Overview

As a **Python Developer **, you'll lead a team of talented developers and play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining Django-based web applications that drive operational excellence and digital innovation across the company.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.

🛠 Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
• Guide and mentor the junior developers and developers.
• Make sure the team is following group development standards
• Manage team and inspire developers to deliver the results
• Develop web applications and features using the Django framework, following best practices and coding standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and refactor existing code as necessary.
• Integrate data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, and blob stores.
• Work on front end integration, collaborating with front end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with back-end logic.
• Implement security and data protection measures, such as authentication and authorization.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth application operation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship activities.

• Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Candidates must have demonstrated job stability in their current and previous roles
• Mumbai-based candidates only.
• Preference to those residing on the ** Western Line**

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

*   _Proficiency in Python programming language._
*   **Minimum 3+ years** of hands-on experience in Python & Django 
*   _Strong experience in web development using Django framework._
*   _Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end integration._
*   _Familiarity with front-end libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus._
*   _Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL._
*   _Understanding of Restful APIs and web services._
*   _Knowledge of version control systems like Git._
*   _Problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues._
*   _Good understanding of software development principles and design patterns._
*   _Strong communication skills to collaborate and effectively manage the team members._

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in developing and deploying Django-based web applications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Python, Django, or web development are beneficial.
