Seasonal Runner (Part-Time, 12-20 hours), F/M - Stockholm

Overview Moncler is looking for a Seasonal Part-Time (12 to 20 hours per week) Mandarin-speaking Runner to join our team in Stockholm. Working closely with our Client Advisors and stock team, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated and seamless client experience while supporting the overall performance and success of the boutique. As an ambassador of the brand, you will contribute to creating a warm, welcoming environment and ensure that products are always available, impeccably presented and ready to support the selling ceremony. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential to support our international clientele. Your Impact Responsibilities and Tasks Support the Client Advisors throughout the selling ceremony, ensuring they have the products, information and resources needed to deliver an exceptional client experience. Contribute to creating a welcoming and luxury environment for all clients, providing support that enhances the overall boutique experience. Ensure products are flawlessly presented for sale by maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines. Maintain the quality, organisation and cleanliness of products across the sales floor, fitting rooms, till area and stockroom. Support stockroom operations by organising merchandise efficiently and ensuring stock is accurately maintained and replenished. Assist with inventory activities, stock transfers, replenishment and other stock management responsibilities. Support daily boutique operations, including packaging purchases, gift wrapping, maintaining boutique presentation and offering refreshments to clients where appropriate. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating enthusiasm, energy and a strong team spirit while acting as a reliable partner across all functions. Ensure all company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times. Qualifications Requirements Passion for luxury retail, client service and fashion. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential; additional languages are a bonus. Previous experience in a luxury retail, hospitality or customer-facing environment is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with an international clientele. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
