About The Role:


As a Sales Director (B2B), you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s business-to-business sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term client partnerships. You will oversee the sales team, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between revenue objectives and overall business goals.

What You Will Do:


1. Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy aligned with business goals
  • Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement


2. Revenue Generation:


  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet revenue and profit targets
  • Oversee pricing strategies, revenue streams, and profitability analysis


3. Team Leadership:


  • Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams
  • Set KPIs and performance targets for the commercial teams


4. Partnerships and Client Relations:


  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure beneficial partnerships


5. Market Analysis:


  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer trends
  • Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge


6. Brand Development:


  • Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms


Who We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
