Compensation Range: $175,000-$200,000 CAD.


We are seeking aRegional Finance Director (RFD)to join our Finance teamand support O’Dell’s teams across Canada. Reporting to theSenior Vice President, Business Efficiency, the RFDoversees all aspects of financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and transformation across the offices within the Canadian region.


This role acts as a strategic partner for both our regional leadership groups and AIR Control Concepts, our parent company. The RFD ensures financial accuracy and transparency while shaping how the region operates - creating synergies across entities, professionalizing financial operations, and supporting scalable, profitable, data-driven growth.



While this role is posted for our Mississauga location, we welcome applications from candidates located in all of our Ontario regions.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the senior finance leader for the Canadian region, partnering with regional and AIR corporate leadership to drive performance, growth, and operational alignment.
  • Translate financial results into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans that support data-driven business decisions for management and leadership.
  • Oversee regional financial reporting, month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and performance analysis in partnership with Corporate Finance and FP&A.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for the region, developing realistic yet ambitious growth plans aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with FP&A to deliver actionable insights on financial metrics and KPIs, including margins, utilization, DSO, DPO, AR aging, and revenue per FTE for the region.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance, cash management, audit readiness, and consistency across regional entities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, standardization, scalability, and synergy creation across the region.
  • Support acquisition integration across the region, including alignment of systems, processes, reporting structures, controls, and financial practices.
  • Champion finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, automation, ERP/BI adoption, and consistent policies and procedures.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional finance team, driving accountability, leadership cadence, continuous improvement, and scalable results.



What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA designation in good standing required. MBA is an asset.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance, operations, or leadership experience, ideally within multi-entity and high-growthcompanies.
  • Strong financial managementexpertise, including reporting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, budgeting, KPIs, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance while fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into operational and strategic decisions that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Experience supporting transformation, integration, standardization, and scalability across multiple entities or business units.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across corporate and regional levels.
  • Experience with ERP and BI systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, or similar tools, with a focus on using technology and AI to improve efficiency and insight.
