Role Description

As a Product Designer you own the end-to-end user experience across our products by translating customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive, effective, and visually engaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA throughout discovery and delivery
• Define and maintain shared design system and UX standards
• Review and validate solutions with customers and stakeholders
• Use product analytics, customer feedback, and research to evaluate shipped experiences and identify improvements
• Contribute to product discovery, solution ideation, and roadmap planning

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience designing B2B SaaS products and complex workflows
• Strong UI design skills and proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Solid experience with UX research, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams
