Your First 30–60 Days

What You Will Do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
- Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
- Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
- Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols
- Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)
Clinic Environment
- Open-gym, active care model (minimal passive modalities)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $88,000 – $94,000 (based on experience)
- Productivity bonus opportunities - Up to $7,5000
