• Provide personalized styling consultations based on customer preferences, occasions, and lifestyle
• Curate jewellery recommendations that align with client personality and brand aesthetics
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and follow-ups
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques
• Maintain deep knowledge of product collections, gemstones, craftsmanship, and customization options
• Communicate product value clearly, including design, material quality, and exclusivity
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained with elegant and well-organized displays
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards of jewellery as per luxury retail expectations
• Capture and manage customer data, preferences, and purchase history for personalized service
• Engage clients through CRM activities such as calls, messages, and exclusive previews or events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Share insights on customer preferences, buying behavior, and market trends
