Opportunities for only Exp Candidates in a Reputed International Inbound Tech BPO in Voice Process.

Job Role :

• Recommendation of technical help through easy steps

• Handling Inbound calls and Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills

• Software or Service packages to be sold

Required Skills/Qualities:

Candidate with prior Exp in international Outbound BPO is preferred.

Good communication skills in English.

Goal oriented and insistent in nature.

Shift Timing:

UK- 8.30am – 6.30pm / US-10:30pm-8:30am

Required Qualification:

Minimum HS passed out.

Pay Scale:

For Experience salary is negotiable.

Basic Salary is fixed.
