Data BI Developer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ** Data BI Developer ** for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, designing, analyzing and developing the required reports and dashboards for Internal Bank customers (Finance, Risk, Marketing, etc.)
• Effectively use statistical tools, data modelling, visualizations and narrative to identify and present / story-tell’ meaningful trends to different audiences. Account for variances, highlight exceptions, risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to inform strategic and operational decision making.
• Leading, designing, analyzing and developing the documentation to ensure adherence to corporate reporting standards and processes. Ensure outputs are presented professionally in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Ensuring data is handled ethically and all processes are undertaken in compliance with company policy, internal controls, data protection legislation and relevant national / industry standards.
• Leading, designing, analyzing and developing the BI / analytical capability within the Strategy & Governance team and wider business through training and knowledge-transfer. Support the development of insight-driven, data literate corporate culture.
• Leading, design, analyze and develop of all the required reports for the different business departments and make them available for the business to be able to run them as needed
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with senior internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with **PL/SQL, Tableau, and Teradata **.
• Solid understanding of **Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts **.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
• Strong **business analysis skills **, with the ability to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, utilizing statistical tools and technologies for data analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to identify trends, analyze variances, and highlight exceptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate reports with high attention to detail and professional standards.
